Everyone was very professional and were very helpful and concerned about my treatment. Appointments were easy to make and the receptionist 's were also helpful. My Braces went well and when I had an emergency, they worked to get me in as soon as possible.

If I could find a way to give an office more than 5 stars, I would take the time to find that way and do it. First off, Dr. Nelson and the other doctors are phenomenal. I try not to use words like "perfection", but I truly couldn’t find another word for them.

The front desk always greets me with a warm smile and a happiness that brightens the rest of my day. Though, it can be very busy at the front, they always take the time to talk with whomever comes through the door, regardless of what may be going on in the office or in life. As far as the assistants in the back goes, there is no one better. Going to the doctor's office has always been a rough experience for me because of anxiety and past traumas, but the assistants here are exceptional.

They ease my anxious mind and have helped me feel calm in the chair. I couldn’t ask for a better Orthodontist or experience. I recommend them consistently and now with straightened teeth, I recommend them while I wear a smile and a new self-confidence that I didn’t have originally.
