I WILL GO STRAIGHT TO THE POINT ON THIS REVIEW IS A BS SERVICE THEY GIVE YOU, I WAS SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR 5 PM AND I HAD MY SECRETARY CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT AND CHANGE IT TO 6 PM AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT DOING PPOINTMENTS AFTER 1 PM , I DIDNT GET A CALL OR ANYTHING TO INFORM ME , GUYS THESE ARE DOCTORS DENTIST APPOINTMENTS WE ARE PATIENTS BEING LEFT OUT NO NOTICES NOTHING WASTE OF

I had an urgent need for a root canal while on vacation in S Florida, and was fortunate to get a consult appointment with Dr. Sandra Orgando. Dr. Orgando took great care and time to find which tooth was the problem - a previously crowned molar. She then agreed to perform my root canal immediately. Dr. Orgando kept me well informed and proceeded to perform my root canal painlessly and with great care.
A Navarro team dentist then completed the process with a permanent filling, so that I would not have to come back on another date. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Orgando and her team. From calling to make my appointment, through my procedure with Dr. Orgando, I felt well cared for and was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you again Dr. Orgando and team for such a wonderful, prompt and pain free experience.
UPDATE After paying $1650 for my root canal at the time of service, I submitted a claim to MetLife Dental for partial reimbursement. MetLife sent my check to Navarro, which they improperly kept. Even though they acknowledged their mistake, Navarro has yet to return my money. Further, they have lied repeatedly telling me they will mail my money to me. I have since commenced action through other means to collect the money back from Navarro.
