National Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry is a one-stop shop for families—and it’s amazing. My two kids (6 and 11) both see Dr. Patel, and she’s a magician with little ones. The 6-year-old used to cry at the dentist, but now he runs in for his checkup, excited for the “treasure chest” prize. For my 11-year-old, who just got Braces, Dr. Patel explained everything in kid-friendly terms, and the team made sure the first few days with braces were pain-free.

The office is vibrant and playful, with TVs in exam rooms showing cartoons. What I love most is their convenience—we can schedule both kids’ appointments back-to-back, saving us time. They’re great with insurance, send reminders, and even have a parent lounge. It’s dental care that grows with your family—we’re sticking with them for years to come.

We switched to Dr. Bushrod after being referred for treatment, and I’m so glad we did! From the start, he had quick availability and was able to complete everything the same day—efficient and hassle-free. He’s incredibly patient with children and has a great chair-side manner, which made my son feel comfortable right away. Last year, we mentioned our interest in Braces, and the process couldn’t have been easier.

All we had to do was show up—everything was managed seamlessly and communicated clearly. We always receive a phone call and a text reminder before each appointment, which is super helpful. It’s so hard to find a great dentist and orthodontist these days, but Dr. Bushrod and his team have been amazing! Highly recommend!

The facility is very child- and family-oriented. We had a great experience, and even with all three of my kids, we were in and out in just over an hour.
