Running -10min late for a 11:30 app. call to inform I'm almost there @11:35 only to be argued with that it is 11:45? (Not!) That the hygienist Has to leave for her child's meet @12:30 & another patient will be in. I Was paying these people to care for my teeth (and they are obviously being paid Well by the looks of it!!) and I want someone Rushing? I was trying to be nice by accommodating them by moving my app. back to 11:30 for them to dismiss me like I was nothing in their Big world.
If this was the first incident that would be different, but it's not. POOR SERVICE in any field operating in Ripley seem to go hand I hand. NO MORE!! For my New dentist I'll not worry so much about being Nice & let my expectations be known ahead time. Good Luck!

Very nice and pleasant Office and Staff. Dr Nathan Walls was very kind to me and the 4 teeth I had to have extracted was by far the best professionalism by any Dentist I've ever been too. If I would need anymore dental work done Dr Walls would be the one I go to. I would recommend Dr Nathan Walls to my friends and family.

Lied on the phone and said they could do a xray and pull a tooth in the same day if no infection. He said no infection but didn't want to pull it but rather fix it but couldn't do it that day had to schedule it for a later time and couldn't pull it the same day either. Lied to get you to fill a spot to get money and wanted to schedule another day for more money.
Didn't care the tooth was causing misery. Wasted my time and costed me money cause I had to leave work. Place is a joke and the lady scheduling is a blanton liar

I made this appointment for Wednesday at 3:45pm but i had called on Monday because i had broken a tooth partially off and a nerve was exposed. (Dentist don't do emergencies anymore I guess) The day before the appointment (Tuesday) I worked from 7-3 then went home and went back to work at 1am (Wednesday) and worked until 2:15pm. I left worked covered head to toe in concrete and flew home to shower and went running out the door to the appointment.
Got to the appointment at 3:47pm only to be told "we've already moved on" places that only care about money and not people shouldn't be able to call themselves doctors. The oaths they swear to mean nothing to them. My pain and suffering wasn't worth 2 minutes to them, i don't think yours will matter to them either!!!
