I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE ON FEBRUARY 25TH . THE YOUNG AT THE DESK DIDN'T SAY GOOD MORNING, JUST SAID SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT NOW, NEVER DID SHE SAY I HAVE YOU CHECK IN . I THINK SHONDA IS HER NAME IF NOT THE YOUNG WHITE LADY WITH THE GLASSES ON. PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER ME SHE TOOK THEM BEFORE ME . WHAT I HAD TO DO ONLY TOOK TWO MINUTE IF THAT, BUT WAS MADE TO WAIT 25 MINUTE AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. I REALLY NOTICE PREJUDICE WHILE SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM SHE ADDRESSED THE WHITE PEOPLE BY NAME AND THE BLACK JUST HAD A SEAT AND DIDN'T KNOW IF THEY WAS CHECKED IN OR NOT.
THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. WHEN I CALL TO THE OFFICE I GET LEFT ON PHONE. THEN I HAVE TO CALL TWICE TO GET HELP. I THINK EVERY ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME.

They are my family dentist and we have no complaints. Unfortunately, I have been here often, due to cavities. Doc Ramsey and his staff are easy to talk with and always ask how things are going. We pick up our conversations right were we left off from previous visits.
I will be happy once they find a new hygienist, since the original retired, make cleanings difficult. So if you know of a Hygienist looking for work, have them apply. Front office staff are all amazing!

They did not finish the work. Didn't even attempt to schedule an appointment to finish the work. In addition, the dentist was not kind. He gave me a shot before the topical numbing agent was done and I winced. Once he was done, he told me that it was not smart for me to move while he has a needle in my mouth.

Started going to this dentist office at the top of 2024. I provided my insurance information and the front desk scanned. Had a 25 dollar co pay for the cleaning. 7 months later I have a fill-in routine done and paid out of pocket what I thought was the difference of what my insurance paid. I go back yesterday 6/2/2025 for a cleaning and they tell me my insurance hasnt been paying for my visits and I have an outstanding balance of $900. 00. I ask why wasnt this mentioned sooner so that I dont occur such a balance. This whole time I thought my insurance was paying for my appointment when they knew after my first visit they wasnt and didnt say anything.
The response was that there was a miscommunication on there in early on. . . which isnt my problem. This extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. I dont recommend this dentist office. .
