The staff is very kind and nice, the dentist is nice as well but to very honest the dentist is very rough and I still hurt after a cavity is filled and had a crown put on that I still can’t chew on that side from months later. My kids can’t stand to go there because they hurt every time he works on them for months later. I just finally had to go somewhere else.

His prices are very good but if you still hurt after you leave for long periods of time or even indefinitely, something is wrong.

Was great until today. Only went a few times before and just started getting my regular cleanings again but the communication is horrible. Played phone tag over a balance due to a deductible with my primary dental insurance. Left a voicemail advising of my secondary dental insurance and for a call back if I had any remaining balance so I could run and pay it but never received a call back. Go today for my cleaning and am told they put someone else in my spot because I had a balance under $100. ?? Was interupted when I went to inquire on why I didn't get a call back.

Brought my card in just in case I had any co-pay for this visit and paid the balance. I had a credit on my account last year to cover my co-pays due needing deeper cleanings because I hadn't been in a while so. . . . it isn't like I'm a patient with a pattern of a debt with this office.

They wanted me to reschedule for later in the day but I work normal business hours & had to schedule time off for this visit. That's why I needed to know to take off to pay the balance but I never received a call back and I never received any communication that they scheduled someone else in my place. It wasn't even 6 months between my cleanings which is what the balance was from, it was 4 due to the insurance I have. I don't see wasting my time to have this happen again from to poor communication.

First visit today and it was great. Polite and friendly staff and Dr Schrock was equally friendly and informative. My husband had gradually lost ALOT of teeth to, as we referred to it, 'genetically crappy teeth'. He had the rest, save the two lower 'canines' extracted at a practice in SC a few mpnths ago. Then we found that Dr Schrock accepts his Humana Medicare. It is a 2 hour 1 way drive for us to get there, but dentures are needed.

And so far so good! Dr. Shock made it very clear that once the new dentures arrive, he will not be finished until they are perfectly and painlessly fitted. We are so pleased. I will try to remember to post an update once the permanent dentures are here.

Most amazing dentist…and AMAZING STAFF!! I’ve been coming to this office on an off for 8 years …no matter the distance I’d never go to a different provider because I know the quality is here!! Thanks guys
