I have had three kids who go to this office. The back staff is ok most days. The front desk staff needs a customer service training. They are all rude and so unprofessional. I can not deal with rudeness from a place I have to spend my money. We have encountered a few staff members who are very nice and seem to care. The lack of communication is also an issue.

So not only did they tighten my daughter's braces too tight a week ago. When we called them several times over the weekend to let them know what was going on, we got told that it was just her being uncomfortable because this was the first tightening of her braces. Now we have an emergency appointment scheduled for today. And I get a phone call telling me that the doctor's going to leave. If they're not there in just a few minutes.
We have to drive an hour and a half to get to this office and it's an emergency appointment because my kid has not been able to eat and she's been crying all weekend and she had to get picked up early from school today because her mouth is hurting. Zero compassion from anybody, no understanding from anyone. Then I get passed around the office. Instead of one person. Just saying we apologize.
We know you guys are coming from a long ways. We're going to stick around as long as we can but instead they want to rush us and get us there as quickly as possible so they can all go on lunch. Shouldn't the fact that you're hurting a kid come before your lunch break?

I have been back and forth to this orthodontist 2-3 times about my daughter braces. First time, the back brackets fell off, then the next time the wires were sticking out on her cheeks causing it to scratch and blister her. Ok, so she clipped the wires the next visit, NOW it’s still poking out. Oh and trying to get an emergency appointment in is horrible, they won’t see you until the following week. How would you feel if this happened to you mam.
I’m really thinking of another orthodontist because it’s the same girl every time we go that see us. I think they should train employees more or either let someone else do their job. I hope this will be my last problem with them.
