Absolutely horrible treatment with no return phone calls and a full voicemail after promising to verify insurance and taking a 40 minute trip they completely ignored me while my son and I stood there and then after several phone calls after leaving and wasting time with his care plan they couldn’t even send me the care plan. I’m waiting for them to respond. Maybe they’ll respond to this horrific review. I really hated doing this because I wanted them to work out. They’ve always been very good to us up until the Last Couple of months you can’t do this to kids guys.
You just can’t please send our care plan to Pacifico dental in Easton, Pennsylvania, and we will no longer ever deal with you because you’re obviously not caring to hire people that will call us back Dr. Dyson. I’m happy to remove this when you call us back thank you.

A really great first experience!! We switched from a different dentist due to limited office hours and scheduling issues, and I’m so glad we did. Dr. Dyson was wonderful! He was super friendly and spent plenty of time with us, making sure my daughter felt comfortable, and that all of my questions were answered. This will definitely be our new pediatric dentist moving forward.

I don’t understand how this office has such high reviews. I would assume the good reviews are from parents of kids who don’t mind going to the dentist. My kids have a severe fear of the dentist and this office has handled them horribly. Most recently when my daughter (4yo) was there for a cavity he told her if she didn’t stop crying he was going to give her a shot.
Several weeks later and she is still talking about it. When my son was around that age I can remember Dyson telling us not to talk to our son when we were in the room and if he tells us to leave we had to get up and pretend to go to another room. When my son started crying he would say, “ok parents you have to leave now, you can come back if he calms down. ” We have felt stuck to take our kids here because it is in town and that was the only place that takes our insurance but we are done.
I would not recommend anyone bring there children to this office . I will pay out of pocket to go to a place who will treat my family better.
