Horrible experience. They refused to provide me with my son's medical records. At the time I had 50/50 custody of my children and was also the insurance holder. I still don't have my son's records after requesting for months. They also insisted he come monthly, at $100 a visit, and when we switched to a highly recommended ortho, he requested that my son only come in every 6 months.

There is Lack of privacy in the office, amazingly rude and arrogant orthodontic, went there for a consultation and was refused care at their clinic. The clerk was going to write up the treatment plan and the Dentist told him not to. She told me not to waste my time, go somewhere else.

I understand my religious demands might not be possible at their clinic and the kind of privacy they operate with is the minimum that Fairfax county requires of such a clinic (per the orthodontic) but let me be the judge of choosing your clinic or not. Don't just refuse to give me medical treatment. I thought there was a patient right!!!! Especially in an area such as the city of Fairfax!!

Your Review I went to my braces doctor as an adult and this establishment met and fulfilled all my expectations in service, price, scheduling, professionalism, and results. This practice was very diligent in addressing all my concerns and questions prior to treatment. Dr. Sina was very dedicated prior, during, and post treatment. The practice has extremely flexible hours for scheduling appointments which is convenient for me as a working adult including Saturday appointments.

The price was very cost effective and competitive. The facilities are impeccable state of the art, modern equipment, multiple choices (clear braces, invisalign, permanent retainers), and very clean. I was very impressed with the results my teeth were perfectly aligned and was complemented by friends and family on my teeth --- my overbite was gone after my braces were removed. I have recommended multiple members from my family to Dr. Sina.

This practice excels in all areas and attributes that matter to me: price, service, scheduling, results, and facilities. 5 stars all around.

Dr. Sina and her staff are so warm and awesome! From our first appointment until the braces were removed, they could not have been more professional, friendly and informative. If you need braces, I strongly recommend this amazing bunch of people...a bonus is the great office team.
