I came here from 2023-2024 or so. At the end of my braces treatment, there were some things that I didn't find aesthetically pleasing (the bottom of my front teeth were not flush with eachother, my k9s were noticeably lower than surrounding teeth, etc. ). When I brought them up to Dr. Iszkula, he got angry and passive aggressive- this was a surprise because he had been friendly for the previous 15 months.
He reluctantly began to address the issues, and when they made small improvements, I said my teeth were fine mostly so I didn't have to go anymore. On the contrast, Dr. Murray, the front desk team members, and dental team were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I will also add that the building was well kept.

Great experience everyone is informative throughout each process. The explain not only what they are doing but why and what your role is in the treatment so you can be as successful as possible. Dr. Iszkula and his orthodontic office are amazing! My daughter loves her new smile, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The staff is warm and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Dr. Iszkula is incredibly skilled and takes the time to ensure the best care. We highly recommend this office for anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!
