Twice now, Dr. Beckham and his front office extraordinaire Yvonne have saved the day. First, almost a year ago, when I found myself between insurance and having a dental emergency, Yvonne and Dr. Beckham were able to squeeze me in, to my huge relief. And good thing they did because as it turns out, while I generally have pretty healthy teeth and gums, one of my teeth had somehow died.

No, I did not fall or get in a fight and forget about it 😂 Luckily, I had a job lined up in about a month, so Dr. Beckham helped come up with a game plan for while I was uninsured to minimize the cost and damage until I was covered for everything else. I didn’t end up returning once I started my new job because my strict probationary period work hours conflicted with the clinic’s hours, and I wanted to save my sick time for when I was actually sick. But fast forward less than a year later, and that new job (Federal), had fired me along with many of my probie colleagues. Unlawful as it was, I was terminated on a Thursday and my dental and vision coverage was ending in two days on Saturday (at the end of the pay period).

I didn’t NEED a cleaning but I wanted one. Friday appointments are hard to come by and Saturday appointments even harder, but luckily for me, they had a last-minute cancellation right after I had called to ask. Hallelujah! Jaime was my hygienist and she was fantastic! Now, I do still wish they had hours later into the workday evenings and/or some weekend availability, but a doctor and staff who care are rare and I won’t hesitate to use sick or even vacation days to see them again next time!!! If I don’t have coverage in the next few weeks, I’ll join their convenient and reasonably priced in-house membership. Thank you Yvonne, Dr. Beckham, and staff!

I feel pretty choosy about my dental team (I've had some really amazing dentists and then really not-so-great ones) and despite being a new client at Mt Si Dental Center, I was really impressed with the team. They're thorough, compassionate, personable, & professional. There was a miscommunication with my insurance coverage, causing a surprise bill and the team was efficient/effective in working with me on it (normally, this causes a royal headache for patients, but that wasn't the case with Mt Si Dental). .

. which really helped to establish trust. Highly recommend the dental team at Mt St Dental Center.

I am new to North Bend and I needed to establish with a dentist. Mt Si Dental was highly recommended and I’m so happy I took the recommendations. I received a thorough exam, reviewed of X-rays and observations, care plan and scheduled follow up cleaning appointment, I felt so confident with everything!! The office is very professional and very personable.

My fear of dentist has gone from a 10+ …. down to very confident! Thank you Mt Si Dentist Center !!
