Very unfriendly front desk today and generally unfriendly. Miss the great Dr. Wald. After getting a crown done and filling. . dont feel comfortable going back. The latest guy who did my filling messed up still hurts three weeks later. Very curt receptionist whats your address,what insurance. . ok take a seat. .
Rude !! Next : Older dentist shows up . . no hi how are you, no whats bothering you. . older guy does not appear to know what he is doing? Just starts doing something Me: Is there a cavity? By the way i am a 66 old man he does not think important to explain anything to me. , may be because i am … Dr says a filling broke, then i get suction but later taken away and i am nearly choking. . Then he fills, no good so removes filling and then does again. , Still hurts, have to find a new dentist before the holidays. .

NOT A FAMILY DENTIST! My children and I have been going to this place for years before Dr. Monahan took over. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING! We had an experience today where Dr. Moynihan tried to rush an extraction on my 9-year-old daughter. He did not wait for her to be numb and did not listen when I heeded patience and waiting for the medicine to work, TWICE. He did the same thing to me weeks earlier but I figured he would at least wait for a child. My daughter was in the chair for less than 10 minutes and he already had a second dose of Novocaine in her mouth, ignoring her cries of pain.
We rushed out and numbness was worn off less than 15 minutes after leaving. My daughter would have been in so much pain during that extraction if it had followed through. Dr. Moynihan said that she needs to be sedated for this procedure which I wholeheartedly disagree with because my daughter's had multiple fillings and been fine. I am livid and canceling all future appointments.

Dr. Moynihan seems fine although I spoke with him a total of 3 minutes. The problem is the front desk complete incompetence. They submitted the wrong paperwork for an implant and then ignored my 2 phone calls to correct the issue. I was told that they would get back to me later in the day.
That was 2 weeks ago. Just do yourself a favor and stay very far away. The office is run like a bad ice cream stand.
