They made my daughter's first experience at the dentist such a wonderful one that she keeps asking me if we can go back to have her teeth brushed! She was very nervous at first and didn't want to lay down but the hygienist took her time to calm her down showing her all the tools and what they sounded like. They facility was clean and all the staff were wonderful!

At first, I absolutely loved this office. My kids have been seen here for years. This past June my son, who is 3, was labeled with bad behavior.

This day I had all 3 getting their checkups and he was wonderful during his cleaning, but by the time it came for his turn to be checked by the Dr he was ready to go. Because he’s 3. I would think this would be taken into consideration, but instead of scheduling his filling work to be done in office, she wanted to schedule general anesthesia which I was not comfortable with.

Thankfully we were able to find another place that was willing to try happy gas with and he did wonderful with excellent behavior. Then my daughter had filling work scheduled for today (scheduled out from June) and they would not see her with me back in the room with her because I had my son with me also. My choices were to let her go back for the work by herself (she’s 8) and neither of us were comfortable with that or I could leave my 3 year old son in the waiting room for them to look after! What are people that don’t have the luxury of babysitters supposed to do for their kids? I have pulled their records and found them a new dentist that understands some people have more than one child at ALL times

I’ve had a few appointments here with my daughter that went okay but this last one she had a bad cavity instead of fixing it or trying to help her in any way the workers all decided to be rude because we were 12 minutes late (they have a 10 minute rule) which is easier said then done together two littles so when they re scheduled her for an appointment to help with the tooth that’s was making her hurt so bad she jumped off of the table it was in February!?!? Sooo I called the best children’s dentist office I’ve ever been too told them about her issue she got her in and the tooth out in the same day we are so thankful for a dentist that truly cares. I will not be taking my children back to the mt Pediatric Dentistry they are very rude and not good with Children they just want your money.

My daughter felt less pain at the other place and they actually pulled the tooth. Idk why they needed to stick the metal tool in the tooth that caused her the pain the other place started with an X-ray and did there best to keep her pain free.
