Billing department wouldn't send my insurance the xrays they requested and refused to code correctly and instead of doing this to get the payment from insurance, they sent me to collections. This is after I already paid over $400 out of pocket. With my insurance I pay 20% and insurance pays 80% of the work I had done and in the end they wanted me to pay 80%. I tried to call and get the paper i signed showing what I had to pay and what insurance was going to pay and they sent me something but not what i requested and the lady told me to just pay the bill. They sent me to collections and I had to fight that too.
Basically had to talk to a lawyer and gathered all my documents to prove that my insurance and myself did everything correctly. Negotiated with the collection company that I paid $50 and they wrote off the remaining $550. I had to get my credit hit and do all this extra work bc their billing department refused to send xrays and code correctly.

I am so glad to have made a change with my dentist. The one I have now she is awesome. She takes her time to make sure that you are satisfied with what you came in for I feel like when you go up in there you’re treated like a real person and not just a paycheck. Keep up the good work everyone that work at Morton Dental . I became a patient there this year and Very satisfied with my dentures….
