They’re good at time management. They’re friendly and their polite I couldn’t have chosen a better Dentist to ever go to I have went to Dennis in the past and nobody has Been this gentle with me.

Second attempt at writing and submitting a review for Mortenson. I guess the good Lord didn't want me to submit the 1st one lol. . . Bottom line, after 8 years with them my family will be looking for a new Dentist.

There have been increasing issues over the last year, and both mine and my daughters recent visits have told us it's time to move on. The techs are nice, the front office not so much. They've had a lot of employee turn over and that tells me management or higher has changed things and the front office group I liked didn't like the changes and moved on. I'll miss the check out guy who had a bobble head of himself. This place has turned into a money grab by telling you things are wrong and should get fixed but not showing you your own xrays.

My daughter's last visit it was if we went in for and oil change and the mechanic tells you that you $1500 of additional issues to get taken care of also. We're looking for a new family dentist now. Good luck to those who go and or stay here.

I been a long time customer. I had an appointment for 6 months for a cleaning. I showed up for the cleaning and they wanted to take x-rays. I told them my insurance only covers every three years and last time I signed a waiver for cleaning with no x-rays. I tell them every time in the past and it is the same thing.

Then they say we have to have images but when I call them out on it and catch them in a lie they will see me. This place is awful do not go there. Go local dentist and not a chain cash crab place. So done with Mortenson and I have been a client for 10 years.
