These guys are seriously good. I can see why they get such rave reviews. I honestly didn't even read the reviews before my extraction, they were recommended to me by my doctor. I had the luck/misfortune of doing split extractions for my sets of wisdom teeth. Similar situation on both sides, top one was fine but bottom one was impacted. For many reasons, I opted for only local anesthesia both times, and so I was awake for the procedure. My first experience was at an office in NYC, one doctor and one assistant.
The procedure took roughly 20 minutes after numbing, with most of the time spent on the bottom tooth. Some pain and swelling after surgery of course, but quite manageable with painkillers. I thought this was a completely normal experience. Well, Dr. Lampert and his two assistants made them look like freaking amateurs. He did my surgery in about 5 minutes, and that's with him taking pauses to narrate what is going on and make sure I am ok. He stitched me up while talking about medications and post op care.
Minimal to no pain after surgery. Zero swelling. I was thoroughly impressed. Can't say I want teeth ripped out of my mouth regularly, but if it needs to happen again, I would probably take a flight from Japan to visit these guys. No hesitation.

While initially terrified of having oral surgery, tooth extraction and dental implants - Dr. Lampert and his staff made the procedure very comfortable and expedient. Highly specialized in this field and given my experience, interaction and results to date - if the need arose again - I would ONLY use Dr. Lampert and the Montville Oral Surgery Associates.
