Every time I go my teeth are in agony!!! They rush to do it, it takes 8 minutes. You can tell they care more about the speed than your pain tolerance.My teeth stay In Pain for about 4 days after I get my braces adjusted.

very nice and helpful but they ground my molars down too far, did nothing when I couldn't bite with my molars, and gave me a 400 dollar pair of retainers that split apart in 3 months now my teeth are back to the way they were.

Used insulting/scare tactics to try and get me to do extras “your nose wouldn’t look so big!” Or the other thing I was told “If you wait too long, we can’t do anything else for you as an adult and you’d have to have excruciating jaw surgery. You wouldn’t want that now would you?” All that to convince me for expensive cosmetic changes. Non essential to fixing my bite. Then when I did all those things, suffered they just kept adding more time to how long I was going to be in these various devices. At first it was a year, then year and a half, then estimating 2.
I was in agony. At one point my wire broke so bad and sharply it poked through my lip. Couldn’t get an appointment with them for days. Was told to just “put wax on it and take some Tylenol” ignored my pain, ignored my requests. Like ma’am.
I now have an involuntary lip piercing now from my braces. This doesn’t constitute an emergency? Please spare your children and yourself, spend the little extra money to get a person who actually cares for you and your orthodontic goals.

Dr. Mountgomery and her staff are truly amazing! The past 2 years of my son having braces they have made it super wonderful with us. Nothing but truly professional and kind with all they did. I will recommend Dr Montgomery not only for braces but as a new member of the family.🙏😁
