Amazing experience. Took my daughter in as a walk in and I have to say the wait time was worth it. The dentist took his time to listen to my concerns regarding my daughters severe molar pain and right away they got to work. Thank you to all the team members for working so effectively and prompt. Everyone there is exceptional, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this place!

The way their appointment system works is no good. First they don’t have anything available for a simple cleaning for months. Second I’ve been to two visits for the dentist for the cleaning and still nothing even close to possible. Every individual appointment is seperate and months apart which is insane.
It’s starting to feel more like the benefits of charging the insurance rather than the needs of the patient This is one of the worst department in the entire Montifiore. I am a faithful patient to Montifiore and I take my entire family but this department is horrible.

This is the best dentist I've been to so far in the Bronx ( Blondell Avenue). However for the last year and a half it has been extremely difficult to get an appointment. They have now set up some kind of waiting list system which has similar odds as the lottery, which is not working. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty in getting an appointment.

I came to this clinic because I did not like the policy of forced sedation at Centennial. Here they have respect for their patient’s wishes and do not mandate sedation leaving it up to you. Everything at Blondell is better. The skill and expertise of the residents under the supervision of Dr. Baskas is outstanding.
The standards here run high. I had extensive oral surgery and implants beginning with Dr. Youssef, who was phenomenal. The rest of the team finished the procedure and I am very pleased and thankful to everyone here.
