ONLY GAVE 5 STARS TO STAND OUT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OUTRIGHT GHETTO. All of the receptionist pretend to be on the phone by wearing their headset but no one ever answers your call. When you arrive and speak to them it is extremely unprofessional and they treat you as if you're disturbing them.
If I could take my time back and never have visited, I would. I was scheduled for a tooth removal and after the receptionist wrongfully turned me away from being seen after waiting months for this appointment, I called my insurance who ensured me that I am covered at that location and asked me if I'd like to file a complaint which I am in the process of. My suggestion is to never visit this place unless it is your last dying resort or you want to have your time wasted.

This review will be lengthy but worth it. I had made an appointment in oral surgery clinic and it didn’t work out. I was referred to 3444 Kossuth avenue. They didn’t want to take me. I went to north central, they didn’t take me. I finally come to this location, since I didn’t have a appointment they said I couldn’t be seen, however the receptionist said you know what I am going to help you, you are in pain.
She registered me and within 5 minutes I was called in and had my x-rays done. Then was sat down to start the procedure. I told the nurse and doctor I am afraid of needles and he told me I’ll be back. When he came back he said we are going to put you to sleep so you don’t feel a thing. Let me tell you, after that anesthesia was placed, all I remember is feeling a bit groggy and next thing you know I was being awakened . The experience was amazing.
The best I have had in my whole time of going to dentist and removing teeth. I love it here. I genuinely want to thank the doctor Dr. Nolan Patrick and the nurse who was so patient with me. Highly recommend the doctor Nolan.

Terrible service. The lady's in the front are disgusting, they prioritize who they want. They are very unwelcoming and the dental staff is a joke. My wife went their for a total of 6 visits and the work is still not done. They keep having her come back just to waiste our time and all she is doing is replacing her crown. The old bald headed security guard is another disgusting individual who thinks he runs the place always being discriminatory to certain individuals, especiallythose with children. The oral surgery department is another joke, my wife waited for 1.
5 hours and then was told she has to wait longer after sitting there in pain. She told them she can't wait any longer with tears in her eyes and then they ladies at the front desk started to laugh. MONTEFIORE you are becoming a joke do better. You are servicing thousands of people. Who is overseeing these sites? You need new management.

This clinic is a trial and error dental clinic. They call the students who haven’t graduated Doctors. I experienced one of the real doctors attempt to look in my mouth without putting on gloves. Then on follow up visits this same dentist attempted to look in my mouth while talking to the students without wearing a mask. No sir, I don’t want your saliva mist going in my mouth while you’re speaking.
I had a student by the name of Puskas prepare and replace my bridge; which this clinic initially screwed up by improperly placing it and it broke off my teeth and came out. Puskas had to place post in my mouth, so she could place the bridge. There was excessive drilling, she altered the completed bridge, because she said my natural bite was tight, and then asked to drill down my natural bottom teeth. No Caroline Puskas, you may not take my healthy, natural teeth away from me, because you want to alter my NATURAL BITE. The outcome was me going home with a bridge that Puskas altered and now I cannot chew nor pronounce certain words properly.
All she had to do was leave the bridge alone and place it in my mouth. I now go to another dental facility where they are fixing the damage that was done by Montefiore Centennial Dental Clinic. This entire experience was traumatic and has left me with PTSD.
