Every time I’ve been here they want to do X-rays of my teeth even though my teeth feel fine and I’m just there for a cleaning. So I say I don’t want them and immediately it’s a problem… I feel as though they want to do X-rays every time because it takes 5 seconds and they can charge insurance a bunch of money. It really made me feel like this place is just money hungry and the lady at the front desk is always rude to clients when there’s problems with money or insurance (I’ve seen it while waiting for my appointment) I liked when they did clean my teeth in the past but their business is terrible.
Also to edit what you said, I was never dictating you how to do your job all I said was i didn’t want X-rays and I only want a cleaning. Nothing else from you was needed.

I've been seeing Dr. Gill for the past few years and have had multiple treatments, including root canals, fillings, and cleanings. She is incredibly professional and friendly. She always takes the time to explain the costs, helping patients plan their treatments based on their insurance and personal budget.
Her staff is also wonderful—always kind, and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I recently had a root canal redone with her, and it was a great experience. I've already referred a few of my friends, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dentist.

I used to get anxiety going to the dentist but since I found Dr. GIill and her wonderful team that has changed. Now I am looking forward to my visits there. They are professional, kind and take great care of me without any unnecessary work.

I would not recommend Monroe Family dentistry as anyone's dentist. They will find any reason to pressure and trick you into getting your wisdom teeth removed, when in fact, it has caused me, and most others, more harm than good. Please think twice before getting an operation like this done, don't let their (and most other dentists) motive of money get in the way of your health.
