Dr Ng and staff do a great job. I got referred after a botched root canal and crown. They have been a huge gift in finishing that one and the next. The experience has been relatively easy if you can say that about a root canal. Competent nice clean kind -Thank you!!

I’ve been coming to Dr Ng for about 6 years and he never disappoints! I recommend him all the time and this most recent time I was even more blown away with a bunch of spa like options for my time in the seat! Dr Ng is also for the very Covid conscious. He takes sanitation and air filtration very seriously.

I never see him in anything less than an N95 mask. I appreciate his dedication to safety!!

TL;DR friendly staff, disorganized and unfocused, not gentle or thorough in practice This is my second time at Molar City. I want to preface this by saying everyone was incredibly friendly and when I called the office before my appointment to let them know I am Covid cautious, the receptionist offered to put an extra air purifier in my room. The comfort menu is fun, although maybe a little unhygienic Unfortunately, I feel like this practice focuses more on superfluous details rather than doing the technical components of their job well. At no point during my cleaning did I feel like I was given a great handle on what was happening, asked any questions about my dental habits, or given an overall picture of my dental health. My hygienist was really rough and unfocused, going back and forth between teeth in a haphazard manner rather than just focusing on one at a time.

When I flagged that it was painful, he seemed confused and blamed my gums. In contrast, the one portion of my teeth that required a deeper clean and was supposed to be painful, actually hurt far less. I also believe one of my X-rays was blurry. The dentist checked in, but it also felt fairly haphazard and he didn't verbally go tooth by tooth and rather just looked quickly. The person who was doing my fluoride at the end was awkward and I felt like kept missing a spot.

Since the practice uses the microdentistry, he didn't have a light to shine on my teeth. At this point I just wanted to leave. They also forgot to give me a goodie bag until I asked for one. Almost all of the practice is male.

Entire staff is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Ng is great! I appreciated how he was attentive, communicative, and thorough. They care about making your visit as calm and comfortable as it can be, so if you have anxiety related to dentists or dental issues, this is the place to be! I highly recommend.
