When I showed up to the place for my appointment, it kept getting pushed back while I was there. They kept taking patients before me even when their appointment was later than mine. I waited 2 hours and still didn't get looked at. It sounds like he's double booking himself and taking whoever he pleases. Do not recommend to anyone.

My appointment was at 1pm. I arrived at 1245pm and did not be seen. I waited til 3pm and walked out. There was a guy who missed his 1pm appt came at 2 pm and was seen before me. They also saw patients who had 2pm and 230pm appts before even giving me a room.
I asked the receptionist and she said they were post op and wanted to get all of them before my initial consultation. This was terrible and a waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was similar to others - had 1:30 appointment. Left work to ensure that I was early. Was asked about referral form and x-rays from dentist - this is something that could be addressed prior to the appointment. Waited and then was put in a room - waited longer. Asked when I would be seen almost an hour in and was told they were running behind. I understand running behind but what I don't understand is making the patient aware. A simple phone call before the appointment just as I would do if I was running late.
To give an option of rescheduling or coming at a later time the same day when the surgeon would be available. When the issue is brought up, it is as if the patient has the problem. Reviewed x-ray and provided feedback. This is an appointment that could happen remotely. A waste of 3+ hours of a workday (with travel time). Look for a more professional office.
