Mint Hill Smiles never ceases to amaze me with how welcoming and comforting they are! I love going in and they make going to the dentist feel like an experience that I can’t wait to do again. Hannah S. At the front desk was such a happy face to walk in and see- she made me immediately feel comfortable and was so friendly to talk to.
Everyone at the front was so nice and fun! Candace was fantastic at explaining things to me during my appointment and made sure I was comfortable and smiling the whole appointment! My dentist was so nice and helpful and truly helped me understand what was going on the whole time. 10/10 highly recommend this practice!!

I truly don’t have adequate vocabulary to describe the perfection that was my visit today. We, my wife and I, had some problematic experiences that resulted in a little longer than acceptable hiatus from dental work and have had pretty extreme anxiety due to the last visit to our previous dentist. Today, i was greeted with a welcome gift, a sparkling blackberry perrier seltzer and a thorough tour of the whole “operation” All that said, the actual visit, was 10/10… 11/10… 999/10, i cant say enough good things.
From the introduction to actually taking the time to get to know me as a new patient, to the “would you like a neck pillow or just headphones to watch netflix while we do your cleaning” This whole business structure is perfect, it is catered entirely towards the patient and their comfort, from the monitors to see exactly what the dentist is seeing, to the roku remote to just have Netflix on in front of you or on the ceiling above you while you’re laying back having your teeth worked on. This practice will 100% be where I will be taking my teeth and my family’s teeth to be taken care of, for as long as we are residents of Charlotte and within 50 miles of this practice. Yesterday, I thought “I really don’t know if I can go to the dentist tomorrow” Today, writing this, I can not wait until I get to go back and I’ll be returning this week to have some of my older fillings “fixed” On top of all this positivity, they offer $100 gift cards to give out for new patients to give to potential new patients.
So my upcoming visit is going to be just over $100 and thanks to the gift card, all this work is “free” Truly, if you’re looking for a dentist that wants to cater to you almost in a “spa environment” capacity, this is the one.

Mint Hill Smiles has been one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I was seen right on time with absolutely no waiting, which I really value. The office is spotless and modern, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.
You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Scheduling my follow-up appointment was quick and easy, with plenty of availability to choose from. Everything about the process was smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable dental office, I highly recommend Mint Hill Smiles!
