I brought my child in and the lady did nothing but ciritsize and legit YELL at my 9yr old girl for crying because she was nervous. When her yelling wasn't getting results she turned to me and criticized my parenting for not having her medicated and desensitized. Not every kid needs a diagnosis and medication because they're nervous!!! How dare they take a profession with only children and treat them that way.
My child wasn't tantruming or acting like a wild animal, she just sat there with tears being attacked for having tears.

The initial visit for my daughter’s braces was a disaster. The intake lady at the desk was very polite upon our arrival. So the dentist was odd, my daughter felt uncomfortable. The environment wasn’t great. When we left at the check out, that receptionist was ignorant. She said we have 2:15 and only 2:15 on all days for appointment times. I tried accommodating my work schedule but she was terribly rude.
I understand certain appointments require longer and such but she was literally ignorant. So we scheduled the appointment and after talking things over with my daughter and wife we decided to go to Lewisburg and pay more. I decided to pay more for kindness and professionalism. Who’s to say they would even do a good job? Lewisburg had answers, an entire plan for us! So guess what? The snobby old hag receptionist and strange Dr. lost our business.

Frustrating that I make my daughter’s appointment for 7 (it was the earliest appointment they had) they didn’t tell me the doctor doesn’t even come in until 730 am.. tell me to be here at 645 am and the doors aren’t even unlocked until 7…

This place is everything I've been searching for in a pediatric dentist. Finally an honest , friendly place that isn't just looking for money. The secretary at the front, the hygienist and the doctor all all the best I could have asked for . Thank you !
