If the woman answering the phone is SO RUDE and SO BOTHERED to answer your questions when you call why even work there. She was rude from the moment she answered the phone and got worse with each question I asked. A little bit of customer service goes along way.
Dentist is great once you get back there but the awful woman you have to speak with to make the appointment makes you not even want to go there anymore. Flat out ridiculous!!

If the person who answers the phone at the dentist's office is consistently impolite and unhelpful when responding to your inquiries, one may wonder why they even choose to work there. The individual in question was unpleasant from the beginning of the conversation and only became more difficult to deal with as more questions were asked. Providing even a small amount of customer service could greatly improve the situation.
Despite the excellent dental care provided, the unpleasantness of having to speak with this individual to schedule appointments could discourage one from returning. This situation is simply unacceptable.

Good place for dental appointment. Was almost ripped off for my cappings at a private clinic. This place saved me some money. The staff are friendly especially the hygienist. She explains the cause of the dental problem and how you can prevent it.
