It's nice to visit a dentist that fully understands how terrifying the experience can be to some people. I really appreciate that Dr Leidy and his staff offer twilight sedation for regular procedures such as fillings and cleanings. I had a traumatic experience as a child, and have been to other dentists that belittled me because of my fear and refused to offer sedation. If a dentist really cares about your oral health, I don't understand why they would refuse to offer sedation to people that are willing to pay for it.

I have taken very good care of my teeth throughout adulthood, and feel as though because of that, I get screwed over by this practice. For the second time now, they have canceled on me last minute, and rescheduled for FOUR MONTHS later. I cannot go TEN MONTHS between cleanings. Wholly unacceptable. And, no practice will take a new patient without a four-month wait.

If I had expensive dental needs, maybe I would garner some time from this guy. . .

I prefer to choose my doctor only by recommendations. I must say I absolutely impressed by professional services that were provided to me. I had a long list of different type of dental care that needed to be done and this office helped me to follow through. It took us at least 6 months of work but the results were worth it.

The stuff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Always a smile. The doctor himself is an absolute professional of his work and I am not going to switch to any one else. I simply would like to say Thank You!!! :-D

Very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Jennifer, at this dental clinic. I called to inquire about the next available slot, she curtly said that nothing was available until the summer of 2025. When I asked for clarification on the specific month, she responded with "Excuse me?" in very rude tone. After I repeated my question, she says, "July. " and abruptly hung up the phone before I could continue the conversation.

I usually schedule dental cleanings every 6-8 months depending on availability and haven’t encountered issues booking appointments well in advance with other clinics in the U. S. This interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
