This is a great practice. Great staff and top dentist. Started coming here when the kids had heavily decayed teeth from drinking milk before bed. They did a great job helping fix their teeth. We have come here now for over ten years for regular check ups. I highly recommend bringing your kids here.

This makes me sad to leave a negative review as my daughter has been coming to this office since her first dental check at 1-year old. She is now 11. We had always received adequate care, however the last two visits have been extremely poor. Both visits were very rushed, completed in less than 15 minutes. At $200-350 being charged by the office for the checkup and cleaning, I am very frustrated that my daughter was in and out so quickly. The most recent visit the hygienist took 5 minutes for the cleaning.

The hygienist was not friendly at all. My daughter reported that her gums were sore due to the rapidity of the hygienist's flossing (my daughter flosses every night so there should be no gum soreness). The hygienist also flossed at the brackets of my daughter's palatal expander, which is not supposed to occur and could have detach the brackets. We use a waterpik for this area of her mouth and a hygienist should be trained to know this or at least ask. Our longest time spent was waiting for the dentist to come do his exam. His exam was less than 2 minutes.

When I stopped him to ask a question, I felt I was treated with annoyance and a fast response, brushing me off, before he rushed away. At this time, we will be seeking care elsewhere. What this office is billing for these visits is ridiculous and feels unethical. Do not come here if you pay out of pocket. You will not receive care that is worth the expense.

The staff are always excellent with my kids. My daughter wouldn't even sit in the chair and they were really patient with her and helped her to feel comfortable enough to sit down and get her work done. I am just truly amazed at their patience and wanting to help her overcome her fear.

Scheduling has always been very easy and accommodating as well. The atmosphere is great and I feel my children's teeth are in good care. I wish this was my dentist office when I was a kid!
