They always make me feel at ease before a procedure and provide excellent support throughout each treatment and the recovery period. I've been dealing with complex dental problems for over 10 years due to older sports injuries and Dr.

Sanai's work is the finest I've ever experienced. If you need a world class Periodontist Dr. Sanai is one of the very best.

LOVE Dr. Sinai and his medical team only. He’s a wonderful dentist and is extremely kind and compassionate. 5 Stars all around for him! For Daisy at the front desk, I would give 0 stars for her rude behavior and disrespect. I got my gum graft done back in November and had my follow up a week after. My follow up was rushed because I was running late for a flight and Dr Sinai was kind enough to provide all the necessary information on how to care for my gum while on my trip. Fast forward to July, I called to ask about getting my gum graft seen (no concerns just wanted it checked).

Daisy proceeds to be rude and condescending that I was supposed to come in for a cleaning and check up a few months after. I politely told her I wasn’t informed this and her attitude got even worse. First of all, I am a healthcare provider by training and have counseled patients multiple times on things so I would know if I got counseled. Secondly, if I, as a patient, did not come in, where is your due diligence to call and remind patients to come in for a follow up/cleaning. Thirdly, and this the most amazing point, if I didn’t come in, why is that a concern right now when I am not calling and asking about a cleaning? Nor am I expressing anything concerning? Shouldn’t we just focus on my request to be seen by Dr. Sinai?I love Dr. Sinai and how wonderful the procedure went and his post-operative care.

I think he’s a wonderful dentist, is so well qualified and polite. Daisy needs to learn some manners and be polite to those that call. It was very uncalled for. I see she has other reviews about how poorly she treats people too.

I recently scheduled an appointment for a second opinion at [wscatigfn]. However, my experience was incredibly disappointing. When I explained that I was seeking an unbiased second opinion, they insisted on receiving my previous dental records from an out-of-network provider. This requirement was completely unreasonable, especially considering the short timeframe of 48 hours between their request and my scheduled appointment. Despite my explanation, they remained inflexible and even charged a $100 fee.

When I attempted to discuss this further, they abruptly ended the conversation, hanging up the phone with the rude comment, "You do not seem to like our office practices. " I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking a second opinion to avoid this place at all costs. Their unprofessional behavior and unreasonable demands are unacceptable. I am adding this review on Friday, November 22nd, at 11:48 AM, with my appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 2:00 PM.

Even with an early cancellation outside of the 48-hour window, their response was unacceptably rude and unfair. Best advice is to STAY AWAY.

Dr Ray. Did my exam on my gum after my surgery assistant and his gum number were not matching so I stop going there cuz he is money hunger and want to scared patient with false exam rediculse. What some Dr do now a days. Be your own advocate
