I was DREADING this Root Canal. I could not have been more surprised. I was eagerly greeted by Carly. She had such a positive attitude, and welcomed me in. Sheri answered all of my questions about my insurance. Ashley H took the weight of my fear, when she reassured me that this would be a simple procedure. Ashley C brought me back to the room (which was very clean) and soon after, Dr.

Poulsen came in ready to go. Ashley explained everything, and was very thorough. Dr. P was VERY gentle, and I did not feel a thing! Those 2 are a great team! Overall great experience. 10/10 Would recommend.

Today is a Monday. I woke up late, which was going to put me 30 minutes late for my appointment. Makes for a rough start to the week. However, the staff were very understanding and still got me in for my Root Canal. Dr. Grafe was clearly very knowledgeable in this field, and the procedure went smoothly. The young lady assisting was kind and helpful; I wish I had gotten her name.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. To top it off, I just received a call from Dr. Grafe himself checking on me to see how I was recovering and if I had any questions. That is rare to find out of any doctor. I would recommend this business to anyone.

The staff members were very inviting and the facility very clean. Dr. Grafe was clearly very knowledgeable in this field, and the procedure went smoothly. KeKe the assisting was kind and helpful; and was able to answer all my questions before the procedure began. I even received a call from Dr.

Grafe himself checking on me to see how I was recovering and if I had any questions. That is rare to find out of any doctor. I would highly recommend this business.

Had an emergent situation, broke a crown, reached out due to delta dental premier's list of providers, Not only were they wholly unable to help, and had no availability for 8 weeks, the person on the phone had no idea who I should call. Seriously? You are an Endodontics practice who deals in root canals daily and you have no idea who someone with a broken crown in your town should call? bullet dodged.
