I have nothing but good things to say about the Evansville branch Midwest dental clinic! I'm a new patient and they were able to get me in right away to help me with my immediate situation. They were kind and courteous and very helpful and informative! I will continue my care with this clinic. Taylor the receptionist is very sweet and helpful.

Do not go here. Gold diggers. I was told I needed a root canal, 2 crowns and 2 fillings. After going to another dentist all I needed was 1 filling. And the root canal ended up being a piece of food caught at the gum line. Had to pay for 2nd set of xrays out of pocket only to be told it was a piece of food stuck.

I recently needed some repairs on my bottom denture to fix a flaw caused by the lab. I was assured it would take only 2-3 days, so I adjusted my life accordingly to manage without teeth. However, as soon as I got home after dropping them off, I received a call from the dentist, Heather, informing me that I wouldn’t get them back for at least a week. That was not what I had been told, and when I voiced my frustration, she essentially dismissed my concerns. A week later, I returned to pick up my dentures, having explicitly instructed that the lab do nothing beyond correcting their own mistake. Yet, upon inspection, I found several new issues that weren’t there before.

I pointed this out to the assistant, who brought in Heather. I made it clear that the lab had introduced these additional problems and that I was beyond frustrated. Her solution? Sending them back to the lab—again—for yet another week. At that point, I’d had enough. I took my dentures and left. I escalated the issue to Corporate and spoke with the "Regional Director," who assured me she would investigate and follow up by the end of last week.

Unsurprisingly, that follow-up never came. I will NEVER return. This place has absolutely no quality control, and the so-called "dentist" is indifferent and unprofessional. This was just the final straw in a LARGE list of issues with this office. Avoid at all costs.
