I had such a great experience with Dr. Klecker for my root canal! That is saying a lot, because I usually have pretty high anxiety for dental visits. He was so pleasant, explained everything in detail, and I had no discomfort during the procedure.

His assistant (sorry didn’t get her name) was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. The front office staff, Denise and Kim, are also FANTASTIC ladies that put me at ease! I would recommend and come back if I ever need to, without a doubt.

Had to have a second root canal on a tooth yesterday after having multiple infections/flare-ups with the tooth. First time seeing Dr. Klecker and being at their offices. The receptionists were quick and helpful, the dental assistant was excellent, getting me ready for the procedure.

I really liked that Dr Klecker took the time to show me my x-rays, explain root canals in general and in particular what they were seeing with my tooth. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the wedge to keep my mouth open and the dental dam to keep the tooth isolated BEFORE using them. Would highly recommend him if you have to deal with a root canal.

I had the most Awesome experience yesterday at the Memphis Endodontics office in Germantown TN!! Dr. Klecker in Amazing, and he takes the time to explain everything about the procedure before, and after, where you can actually understand. He was so professional, and kind.

And I can't forget his assistant, Becca who was an amazing receptionist! Kim was my initial point of contact, and it turns out, she was very deceptive!! Since they were out of network, I had to pay out of pocket. Kim, had my check sent to their office, unbeknownst to me, and refused to answer my call, or my husbands, and took additional money from that check, after I had already paid for my procedure 2 months earlier. She then told me, what you paid was just an estimate, which I was never, ever told that??? This is a bad representation of a really good Dr.

If you need a painless root canal done, please go to "Midsouth Endondontics" but please, if you are out of network, you may want to reconsider going there!!! I feel so disrespected, and I have to believe, race was a factor in this!! ☹️

We (my adult daughter and I) had a wonderful experience with Mid South Endodontic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a compassionate staff that made us feel at ease. The office was impeccably clean and had a sterile, professional atmosphere that reassured me she was in good hands. The physician was truly amazing—taking the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all my questions, and ensure she felt completely comfortable. Their expertise and kindness turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and reassuring experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Mid South Endodontic for their exceptional care! The experience was worth the drive from St. Louis. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of me and my daughter.
