I arrived on time for my appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Beckman was very gentle and very calming. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

I got my Wisdom teeth removed at the Charlotte location October 19th, 2023. It has now been 10 days since my surgery. I will say, Dr Beckman is the best surgeon out of the three oral surgeons that work with mid Michigan Oral Surgery. I was extremely nervous for the surgery because it was my first surgery ever. The ladies at the front desk assured me that Dr Beckman was a good oral surgeon. They said that he could do this procedure in his sleep and he’s been working as an oral surgeon for more than 30 years. They were right! He was amazing. No complications. About 6-7 days after my surgery I started to develop an infection from not thoroughly cleaning my mouth, that was my fault, but they never gave me antibiotics.

So I scheduled a follow up with the grand ledge mid Michigan oral surgery location because Dr Beckman wasn’t available at the time I scheduled this appointment. Dr. Pack is usually the oral surgeon at the grand ledge location I believe. I had a terrible experience at the grand ledge location compared to the charlotte location. Dr Pack basically blew me off during my follow up appointment. He didn’t even look in my mouth, never gave me antibiotics, nothing. He came into the room I was in for about 1 minute and said that I most likely have food stuck in the incision holes. . he never looked in my mouth.

I was baffled, shocked. I had to go to urgent care to get the antibiotics I needed. I would highly recommend if you’re going to get oral surgery done, go to Dr Beckman because Dr. Pack doesn’t have nearly as much experience as Dr Beckmann. I believe Dr. Pack has only been with the Mid Michigan Oral surgery for 5 or so years.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted at Mid Michigan Oral Surgery a few weeks ago. The entire process was smooth and easy. From the front office staff (Erica and Bailey) to the assistant (Allie) to the surgeon (Dr Pack) were all friendly, professional, and encouraging throughout the procedure. My son, who has anxiety, chose not to be sedated for the procedure and instead opted for the nitrous oxide.

It was nice to have that option. He said he was even surprised to learn that the surgery was over so quickly and easily. We would recommend Mid Michigan Oral Surgery to our friends and family to use in the future because of the amazing staff there. Thank you, Dr Pack and staff!

Dr Surgeo did a great job on my wisdom tooth extraction. I had no complications afterwards, and minimal pain and swelling. Had some intense pain on day 6 and called in at 8am and they got me within 4 hours. Ended up being nothing.
