I am an active military National Guard member (I work full time at the base nearby) and because I missed 2 appointments. I am blacklisted from receiving care as a client. Your staff is very passive aggressive and rude. I was told how horrible my military insurance (United Concordia) is and therefore it costs the dental office money for the type of insurance in addition to the missed appointment. Life circumstances happen and also with a rotating schedule and duties to my job and country I am called in at a moment’s notice. It’s a disgrace the treatment your office and employees have provided over this matter.
I have recommended many other military members to your office which increased your business. I had no problem with a charge of $35 for a missed appointment which is this dental office penalty for a missed appointment. I have made a successful appointment elsewhere in Lieu of this offices rude comment stating that my insurance is not really being accepted in the area. In other words stating to me that I messed up with them so good luck finding something elsewhere but you will not be served here anyway. Absolutely disgusting the way this woman spoke to me. How you treat others… will come back to you with karma.
This is a warning to others looking to become a client of this office/dentist. You can find better. Godbless.

I had two dental implant crowns placed here and both of them have broken after being placed in August and September 2021. I am a military spouse and am no longer located in Massachusetts. When I called the office I was told if I came back they would replace them.
It is not feasible to travel to Massachusetts from Georgia. I just want my money reimbursed and have them redone by my dentist here in Georgia and want it covered.

Notoriously known for bad customer service. My son had Covid so I canceled his appt and when I called to reschedule they said they’d have to check something first. I never received a call back so I called again. Left a voicemail and they never called me back. I left several more voicemails and NEVER heard back. Dr. Dunn is an ok dentist but his office staff definitely need some adjustments.

Went with a minor cavity, left needing a root canal. Also had terrible pain which I never experienced from going to a dentist before. Be wary before going to this dentist.
