Called this dental office and explained my situation they said they consider that to be emergent care and to walk in from 9-11 or 1-3 and a physician would be able to take care of me. I asked over the phone if they prefer me to make a scheduled visit and they stated no. I drove 45 miles to Dayton just to wait for an hour and hear I need to schedule an appointment because they are not accepting any more walk-ins. Next day I come to a scheduled visit I still get treated as a walk in and had to wait for 2 hours to be called back to the dental chair and the dentist comes in and states this will be an exam and they will not be performing any work that needs to be done.

So they lie to people to get them in to charge for emergency services when they are truly just doing cleanings and exams. They need to be properly trained and give honest information.

I was in severe dental pain and also have very bad anxiety so I was super nervous during my visit, however Dr Wael was very professional and walked me step my step through the process, he calmed me down plus he took out 3 teeth super fast and he looked at me as he was talking and said they're all 3 out, not too bad?, are you ok?. I said what????? That fast No way???, very very satisfied!!!!!, btw 2 teeth were down to the gums and the last dentist I went to cut my gums open an had to do surgery which was very painful but this guy idk how but he was able to work his way around doing the surgery, he got 2 teeth out and did amazing 👏.

Hello let me start out by saying, I am not trying to be rude or disrespectful to anybody. . . Because nobody was rude or disrespectful to me!!! But I broke a tooth on Wednesday eating popcorn. . . So I couldn't handle the pain so Thursday I went to Urgent Care and they gave me medicine for the pain and antibiotics and they had me in and out and no time and they was all very kind to me as well. . . So I found out Miami Valley Hospital has a Dentistry on Apple Street in Dayton Ohio. .

. And I found out what time they open and I found out it's first come first serve so I made sure I got down there early to get this tooth taken care of. . . And they don't use gas, they only numb you with needles. . . And with me having panic attacks!!!! I was scared to death!!! And do they all tried to help me and they are very nice people I am not bad mouthing nobody!!! But now it's Monday & it hurts worse and is swollen worse!!! I have done everything I know too do. . . I have had dental work done before and have never been like this for this long!!! And it hurts like hell🥵🤮😳!!! I have already called the dentist and left messages so they need to call me back about the situation because I honestly don't know what else to do I have even done home remedies and it works, But it's only a temporary fix!!! I am hoping they call me back soon!!! And I have another appointment already to go back and see them.

. . And I will go to the appointment. . . But I am not getting any more dental work done until they can figure out a different way of doing it because I have panic attacks and I'm in pain and I shouldn't be!!! And yes I no, I need more dental work done but the only way they're doing it is if they're putting me to sleep because I have panic attacks they're not a joke!!! And I am just putting my opinion out there on how I feel at this moment. . . ***But I do want to let everybody know, that everyone at this dentist office is very kind & caring***
