After visiting a clinic that seemed solely focused on making money, I went to Dr. Varona's office, and let me tell you, the experience was exceptional. He took care of my dad, and as a nurse practitioner with extensive experience, I can confidently say the office was very organized, and the staff was incredibly kind. Dr. Varona took excellent care of my dad, inspiring trust and confidence.

The procedure took only a few minutes. I truly recommend him to everyone. Thank you, Dr. Varona.

Super attentive, delicate and efficient in their work from the beautiful receptionist to the dental assistant and the doctor. They deserve 5 plus and beyond, I hope they do like that and competition is not necessary because they have plenty of quality, thank you very much

This So Called Oral Surgeons Office Has A Horrible Staff That Doesn't Know How To Talk Or Communicate With Patients Directly. I Wouldn't Recommend This Location At All, Not Even To An Enemy. They Are Very Over Priced & Very Unprofessional, The Front Desk Lady Is Always On Here Phone & Very Inattentive With Patients In Or Out Of The Office. Waited A Month In Pain For An Appointment After Leaving The Hospital, Just To Get Canceled On Last Minute The Night Before Surgery, Due To Medical History Apparently, & This Is After Me Explaining Very Clear All My Medical History Countless Times To 3 Different Staff Members, & Filling Out All Paperwork & That Is Very Unprofessional. I Saw The Signs When I First Walked In, As A Elderly Couple Wasn't Even Helped Out After One Of Them Having A Procedures Done, To Get Up & Walk Outside To There Ride.

I Looked Passed It As I Was In Pain & Desperately Just Wanting To Get It All Over With. By The Way Spanish Is Their First Language, Even Though We Are In America & I Spoke English, Just A Heads Up For Any English Speaking Patients. They Definitely Just Want Your Money, & Don't Really Care About A Patients Health Or Well-being. I Visited Other Oral Surgeon's After, That Made It Known To Me That I Was Suppose To Be On Vitamin E & Antibiotics Before I Do Any Major Oral Surgery To Help Stop Bleeding & Fight The Infection, Yet That Was Never Told To Me Either. Definitely Not Experienced, & Most Employees Look Very New To This Country & Lack The Understanding Of How A Real Professional Dental Bussiness Should Operate.

I Will Definitely Be Reaching Out To The State To Make Sure No One Else Has To Deal With Anything Like This, Or Worse. I Thank God He Blessed Me With The Ability To Overcome All Of This & He Definitely Spared Me From Something Bigger At This Location. Do Your Own Research, & Im Sure Youll Feel The Same Way About This Location & Staff.

Had 3 wisdom teeth pulled it was a bit urgent to pull one and they were able to accommodate soonest. The reviews seems great. I went in, they put me to sleep to be a smoother procedure and they were able to remove.

However I was under a lot of pain post op, I had to return 3 days due to the extreme pain and discomfort. The doctor proceeded to tell me it was normal he then pressed an anesthesetic in each opened incision which hurt incredibly, gave me more liquid anesthesitic and sent me on my way. I was having gradual throbbing pain post op until about a year later I had so much pain went to my primary dentist who referred me to another oral surgeon as what appeared on Xray was a nerve or abscess.

Turns out THEY LEFT A PIECE OF TOOTH which the failed to properly remove, having the technology and ability to make sure surgery was successful even after having the opportunity to check when I went back. UNBELIEVABLE NEGLIGENT, UNETHICAL AND DO NOT COMPREHEND HOW THEY ARE PERFORMING THESE PROCEDERES PARTICULARLY WITH SUCH CARELESSNESS.
