The worst dental place I've ever been to. The receptionist, was rude when asked for her name wouldn't give it to me, smart mouthed and unprofessional. The two that supposed to have done my deep cleaning claim she couldn't get in my mouth because I wasn't opening wide enough when I never had that problem before at a dentist, she hurt my mouth so bad trying to stretch my mouth until I couldn't from the pain. Also the needle she used she didn't eject it in my gums she ejected in the back of my jaws by my ear muscles not gums. Tongue swole up she claimed she was going to get me some Benadryl but never came back. Get in front of the lady that claimed I didn't open my mouth wide enough and the receptionist ask them for some paperwork stating they didn't do the job the receptionist told me no, then I asked her for her name she said why? I said because I need it to let the agency know who I spoke to she told me no she not giving it to me. I told both of them their unprofessional and supposed to give a patient your name when asked.

Know the one stated I didn't open my mouth wide enough in front of other patients saying you got a severe case of period ital disease and started laughing at me with the receptionist I told them I'm reporting them and they said so do it. In continue laughing at me very unprofessional. I've put in a complaint with my insurance company and they also filed a complaint on behalf of me and transferred me over to filed a grievance against the company. Also file a complaint with the state to investigate the office. Baby also was in the area where the receptionist at. . They are very rude and needs to be shutdown and given a course on how to communicate with the patients.

It was multiple people in the office complaining about the service they were receiving. They ghetto and state will be addressing the issue and will not be paid for services not done. . Also the hygienist end front of staff and patient told me my prior dentist didn't know what they was doing and I said no you dont no what your doing. But hopefully when state gets there and site then maybe they get rid of the rude, unprofessional, and hygienist that don't no anything but to sit up and gossip and listen to headphones while patient wait for hours at a time.

So I had to re-change my whole because the experience once I got behind the counter with amazing I guess the girls is just having girl talk, but they still need to be a little nicer to the customers lol speedy was amazing. I think her name was Momo.

She was cool. All the ladies in the back were awesome and now I got to know the ladies in the front they’re pretty cool too my overall experience amazing

Literally the slowest dental office I have ever been to. When I walked in it was extremely overcrowded, the ppl in the waiting area said they had been waiting for over 4 hours. The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. I left and never returned and never will.

Do not go here unless you want to wait all day. There are other dental offices that have less wait time and are actually nice to patients. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

When I say exceptional quality of care I meant just that. I was looking at the area of the office like ehhh. However from the FRONT desk/ During visit/ and ending was an exceptional quality of care experience for my 15 year old son. The entire team assisted each other and communicated well! They explained some issues that prior dentist did not AND treated my son the same day. Fast and Friendly.

I do recommend scheduling an appointment (morning). Im assuming due to the high quality of care it brings a great amount of patients. After the visit the waiting area was full as I can see why. Don’t discredit the area. A diamond in the rough it honestly is!
