I’ve been trying to get into contact with this place for MONTHS. I truly do enjoy Dr. Patel and his assistants as they are knowledgeable and kind. The receptionists however are far from professional as they decline/ignore my calls.

They only picked up when I called from a different number. They also have not tried to call me back after promising me they would, I had to find out through speaking to another patient that they were taking in appointments again. I went here consistently for 6 years and only recently has the receptionist service gotten bad.

Very Friendly, and knowledgeable. My 6 months check-up was pain free. All of my questions were answered by team members. Iris was amazing too, walking me through the visit, x-rays and polish. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you for helping me keep my smile healthy!

Simply put, Dr. Patel & the staff at Methuen Family Dental are extraordinary! All of the staff are very friendly & helpful, & Dr. Patel is excellent. He made sure numerous throughout my procedures, that I was okay to continue the work, & he never got rough like so many other dentists/oral surgeons do.

After getting my teeth fixed, I have a "new lease on life", & I feel so much better, & I absolutely credit that to Dr. Patel & his staff! They are great with my young son also! We will hopefully be going to Methuen Family Dental for years to come!. . & I would highly recommend to anyone!
