dental care is fine but customer service is horrible. I’ve called and called and called - no answer. I sent a text to the number they requested - no answer. Just terrible customer service but let you miss an appointment and they’re sending letters to charge you a $50 no show fee. A mess!

I have been with Mercy Dental for a few years and i have had a wonderful experience. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled with no pain AT ALL. They accept state insurance as well.

Terrible customer service. Had to go personally to make an appointment with insurance on the phone because they kept saying insurance didn't authorized it and can't make an appointment until then. When I got there, all they want was their money for prepayment that I could've done on the phone. Wasted time, energy and no apologies for their incompetence.

First and foremost the lady dentist and the gentleman dental assistant were outstanding. They were personable and professional. That being said I had my first appointment in January and since then I still have a cavity that has not been fixed. Every time I call to try and get an appointment no matter the business hour the phone always goes to voicemail and then whom ever is in charge of calling back with in the 24 to 48 hours( accurate by the way) has the personally of dry saltine cracker.
It took us over three months to get in for the first appointment. Also my family has mercy for primary pediatrics ortho, all have been great and have my chart for easy access for when phones are to busy and they may need to call us back but at least they answer and when you go the docs have a personality. Will someone at mercy please help dental with that or maybe get them a fax machine or the front desk people a pager so I can maybe get a faster response. I will say I’m not from Baltimore and maybe the level of service is what I should expect and apologize if I’m harsh.
But I’ve called Mercy Dental and got a random call the next day or two days later to only miss the call because yes I have a job and start the cycle all over again. Mercy is great but dental I would recommend trying any thing else.
