I was very nervous when scheduling my extractions. Went in and I felt very welcome, their anesthesiologist was amazing and extremely kind. Talked me though every thing he was going to do, what I was getting and even pre numbed my catheter site. I woke up feeling great! Not nauseous at all.

Full team was amazing start to finish, from receptionist, to techs all bed side manner spot on. 10/10 will go back, will tell other to go.

As a follow up, after response. . . . if knowledgeable he or she is using the information they have an understanding of without physically confirming with the insurance today alone I had asked about two teeth being extracted instead of the original four that were planned on I wasn't turned told while waiting on the phone that it'll be $1,000 which was more than for four teeth. When I asked why very quickly a response came back that my insurance will not pay for anesthesia they'll only pay for all four wisdom teeth. But they didn't make that phone call to my insurance I did immediately after hanging up and guess what they will pay they will pay anesthesia each time it is required. Long story short when you become cocky about your knowledge base instead of calling when the customer asks you're not the office for us.

A VERY knowledgeable Manager would know that Each and Every Plan is different and Yearly changes take place too. Worse part when asked to "please resumit to see" don't get disrespect a patient by simply saying "they won't pay". . . . Find Out First! If it were for the doctor only, I would have given a full 5 stars. He is personable, understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately, billing and the manager need to do better.

When it comes to billing they do want everything upfront, plus they Will Not submit treatment plan to secondary insurance to give you, the patient, an accurate cost. They have every excuse under the sun as to why. I had double coverage but they still wanted $200 to even schedule and the balance due day of (for us $1000). Ends up secondary insurance would have covered the Majority of that balance. I even asked "what happens when a patient over paid because 2nd insurance pays?" Oh well we will pay you back after everything clears on our end. BUT bottom line the person responsible for checking into these issues is maybe new, lazy or unknowledgeable. Pay cash!

I had a molar removed. First. The office ladies. They reminded me I may want to use the ladies room b/4. Then they walked me to where it was. The dental assailant, made sure I was comfortable, got me a cup for my hair clip and ear rings. a blanket to keep me warm and placed it so i felt snugly. She placed my electrodes on without once compromising my dignity. Dr Sbigoli came in and joked with me. He explained what all the procedures would be. I felt like it was more of a nice visit with a friend that a consultation.

Surgery time. Adam ( the anesthesiologist) Yes, he introduced himself as Adam. He fussed with all the equipment while keeping up a dialog with me and keeping my mind off of what was to come. He froze the area where the needle was going in . We were chatting about my favorite jelly beans. Then - I was awake and a nurse was smiling at me and asking how i felt. I felt groggy but fine. When i got home, I took a pain pill expecting a ton to hit me after I thawed. Oh Ya. They order your pain and antibiotics the morning of your surgery. That way you have them at home and not stopping to pick them up after.

Soooo nice. I HAD NO PAIN. This is the next day . I STILL HAVE NO PAIN. The worse I have had is, last night, I turned to sleep on that side and felt a little pulse. that's it. Yes, If you need Oral surgery. call them. you will be grateful you did.

Had my wisdom teeth removed- I felt safe with the staff, they were all very knowledgeable and knew their stuff! The anesthesiologist was very kind and made me feel at ease, the surgeon was very confident and did a great job. I was nervous having this procedure and they made it as pleasant as it could possibly be! I would highly recommend this office!
