Horrible experience my first time there. The first dental assistant pulled me by my ponytail to move me over in the chair, the other dental assistant, knocked my tooth out while scanning my teeth. I had an appointment set for August 9 three weeks later they called me back and said they had to reschedule because of surgeon will be out of town. Set the next appointment for two months out mind you I have a missing tooth in the front that the dental assistant knocked out .

It’s just a mess up there. . I wish I could cancel all my services, but my insurance company had already paid them for the x-rays and scans of my teeth and would not pay for it again if I went to another dentist. I would not recommend this place it’s a jungle in there is wild!

My experience was great considering I am not a fan of going to the dentist because of some prior visits some years ago. But Dr Bhatia and her assistant were great. They knew that I was not feeling that great because of a pinched nerve in neck and arm and they accommodated me fully. The doctor kept asking was I alright.

I needed fillings. Don’t remember the last time I got fillings But willing to have more work done.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experiences with McDonough Center for family dentistry have been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to speak up. First, the service is very poor. The front desk is disorganized, and every visit seems to come with confusion over my health chart. I’ve had to repeat my medical history multiple times because they can’t seem to keep my records in order. It’s frustrating and shows a serious lack of professionalism. Second, they always find a way to charge extra fees.

Even for a basic cleaning, I’ve been hit with unexpected costs that were never mentioned up front. It feels like they care more about money than patient care. What’s worse is that every time I come in for a cleaning—which should be a simple, routine procedure—I leave in pain. Their hygienists are rough, and it seems like no one is paying attention to patient comfort. Lastly, their equipment is outdated or broken. During my last visit, their x-ray machine wasn’t even working properly.

That’s not just inconvenient—it’s unsafe. I cannot recommend this dental office to anyone. I’ve given them more than one chance, and it’s clear this place is not focused on quality care. Look elsewhere if you want competent, respectful treatment.

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Doshi, and Assistant Melissa were amazing! I was so nervous leading up to my appointment. It was an unexpected visit, for an issue I'd never had before, but they blew me away! I had an extra amount of questions, but with kindness and patience, they were both there for me . I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr.

Cumberbatch, who was informative on the process he was using. I had the pleasure of speaking with two others in TC/Financials,( I apologize for not remembering their names) But I was so impressed with the care and consideration they all gave me. I'm about to load up their schedules even more with all the recommendations I will be dishing out! Top tier service!
