T Hathorn- Grow up! A parade waits for no one. When late, that’s on you. Your options are to accept the curtesy extension or to cancel the appointment. Others should not be delayed because of your personal situation. Not being nasty here, because I get it.
I’ve been late before too but I decided which was more urgent, my dental care or others. Unselfishly, I realized that no one else should pay for my tardiness. I’ve been a patient for over 8 years. Sometimes it helps to be selfless.

I’ve been going here for over 15 years and have never had any complaints. The staff are all amazing and have always made me feel welcome. Dr. McCarthy and her staff are well trained dentists and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied!

Sadly, I had a negative experience at this dentist office. I had been going there for about 2 years or so; my husband referred me. One day, the office lady called me to confirm my next appointment. I was driving to work when I received the call. I simply said, "I'm driving, so please give about 15 mins to get to my calendar, so I can confirm my appointment for sure. I'm going to call you right back.
" In response she said, and I kid you not, "Well, please hurry up. We have other people that are waiting to get appointments". I was shocked, but recovered fast enough to immediately cancel said appointment. Apparently, there are other people more important than me who can't wait 15 mins. for me to get to safety before I check my calendar. She didn't ask if I wanted to reschedule, nor has anyone called me to make a new appointment.
I was so very disappointed in the customer service. I was also sad, because I loved my dental hygienist. She was awesome. Because of my hygienist, I rated them 2 stars.
