Went here to get a new partial made. First appointment was to get the impressions. The partial comes back and is completely wrong the first time. Dr. PETERSON sent it back out to get corrected. Partial comes in the 2nd time and isn't right . The partial was very cheap looking and I wasn't satisfied at all. Keep in mind I paid cash for this $600 approx.
The dentist wants me to pay the lab fees for the partial that issued up and I would never wear. All I wanted was a refund the dentist said if I give you a refund you can no longer come here lol. Very shady business to say the least. I had zero control over the partial not being right . How they expected me to pay fees for something that wasn't right is very wrong. Dentist told me not to comeback because I wanted a refund for a partial that wasn't right.
