Review of Dr. Matthew Thiel, DDS. North Canton, Ohio The Team; Dr. Matt, Lindsey, Emilee, and J. R. from Dutton Dental Lab This dental group is FANTASTIC! They are a team of great professionals. Dr. Matthew Thiel (Dr. Matt), Lindsey and Emilee took great care of me from start to finish. They even had J. R. (the owner of the dental lab) come up and supervise some of the “try in fittings”, as well as the final completion. In the end, I felt more like family than just a patient.
I needed to have my entire mouth re-done. I had problems and I needed to have all of my teeth pulled and start over. This was a major decision and ordeal for me. I decided to go with a full set of Dental Implants rather than go with normal dentures. Everyone that I know simply hates their dentures and I knew that I would hate mine. Ms. Lindsey is a friend of mine and she was also my point person on this. I am from out of state and I frequently come up to North Canton Ohio to visit friends. Lindsey started talking to me a while back about getting my dental work done. She finally convinced me to come in to the office and see what Dr. Matt could do. To my surprise, I found it less expensive than some of the prices that I had been quoted back home in Nashville Tennessee. I agreed to use Dr.
Matt and we started the process in late 2021. When I go to the dentist, I am very nervous, anxious and even “white knuckles” while in the chair. I have been this way since I was a kid. This group of professionals always put me at easy. They were always warm, comforting and re-assuring. My journey was finally completed in Mid-July of 2022, and I simply could not be happier! If I had lived in the North Canton area, we would have been completed sooner. I had to schedule my dental work around my work and travel schedule. This group was very accommodating. Since completion, I have received many compliments on their work and my new smile. I feel great now and have a new found confidence. I would highly recommend this group for any and all of your dental needs. They are a great group of qualified professionals that also made me feel like family. Five Stars! Dr Theil's office is amazing. They are always available to help with any need. The entire office is kind and helpful. I recently had a toothache on their day off and Lindsey came in and took XRays anyway. They set me up with root canal same week and continued to check on my status. This office feels like a family.

Dr. Thiel and his staff are amazing! They are always prompt and on schedule and quick to respond to emergencies. From the first consultation and thru emergency situations they kept me well informed every step of the way. The end results were always very positive. I would highly recommend Dr. Thiel and his staff. Kind, compassionate and caring. I would not go anywhere else! My dentist for life!

Wonderful atmosphere!! Everyone is very professional. They make you feel like family. When my Mexican bridge failed : ( they worked with what was there and now i am very happy with the finished work. ; ) !
