Dr.Mason has been working with me for a few years now and as a cleft patient with severe PTSD he is the most understanding and caring doctor I’ve ever had. I recommend him for anyone including people with limitations or disabilities.

Why can't all Docs be like Dr. Mason? First time I saw him, we scheduled 4 strait appointments, in three days(had to get things in order, so I could start my chemo). Any time I call, I get taken care of. This time, I had an appointment with an endodontist in a week , I called them to ask about getting in sooner than scheduled, and left a message. Instead, I get a call from Dr. Mason, with information on who to call.
I got in today,(I let Mason know that I got the appointment) got things done and a plan to move forward. I was happy, and in a LOT less pain. Sitting here winding down, and the phone rings(don't usually get calls this late), and he's calling to check up on me. We have been blessed to have a Doc like him.

Dr Mason is the greatest. Very professional and extremely nice. The problem came in today I’m a long time patient and when I completed my teeth cleaning was told I cannot get another appointment until next April. I come every three months for a teeth cleaning and check up for the last very several years.
Then I was told I could be put on a waiting list. Waiting lists do not help with people that have careers and family obligations. I’m disappointed the office staff would not work with me to find a scheduled appointment. Very disappointed

I don't normally leave a review for Doctors. . . . or Dentists. However, Dr. Mason is top-notch as is one the the office's Dental Hygienists, Angela. I was a patient of Dr. Mason many years ago and when I moved further West, stopped seeing him.
HUGE mistake and I have returned over the past 4 years or so. Friendly, knowledgeable and he won't try and sell services you don't truly need. . . . . like so many other offices do. I have had dozens of different Hygienists over the years, but Angela is friendly, gentle and thorough.
