The front staff, the dental hygienist (Annie), and Dr Ligon have all been ethical and helpful. I have seen several other dentists at this practice over the years and have experienced great care with each. I apreciate the transperancy at this practice. I have never been surprised with charges or additional procedures.
I feel like the staff here goes out of their way to explain everything that is going to happen before treatment, what each specific charge is for, and for permission to proceed. I also appreciate that the office is open on Saturdays.

Maryland Parkway Smiles is the best dental practice I've been to. From the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness, respect, and understanding. Dr. Richardson took great care of me - she is the best! She set my mind at ease and I felt assured I was in good hands. Going to the dentist can be a frightening experience, especially when it's been YEARS since you've last gone and there's a lot of work to be done. The front desk staff Michelle and Doujee (sp?) Are so warm and welcomed me by name! Dr Richardson was so patient and clearly explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. And Annie, the dental hygienist was so encouraging and motivating, not focusing on what I'm doing wrong but instead educating me on what I need to do to upkeep. No one puts any type of pressure on you to make decisions that could easily make them more money.
They are truly focused on you! The state of the art technology and devices makes things that much easier as well. I had a crown done the very same day! I highly recommend Maryland Parkway Smiles Dentistry for all your dental needs. They are caring and gentle, all you could ask for from a dentist office.

I recently switched over to this office and couldn't be happier with my decision. Annie, the dental hygienist, is absolutely wonderful! She's gentle, thorough, and makes you feel completely at ease during the cleaning. Her attention to detail is impressive, and she takes the time to explain proper care techniques with great suggestions! Dr. Ligon is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients' oral health.
My time there did not feel rushed. I highly recommend Maryland Parkway Smiles to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.
