Their staff is highly knowledgeable and doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg. I met Kim, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and she walked me through the whole process of my treatment.

I was super nervous about the price tag for my procedure, but they keep in mind your budget and try to make things affordable for you. I had a GREAT first appointment and I will be back soon to get my surgery done!

Having a tooth extracted is never a fun experience, but they do a fantastic job of explaining the procedure and getting you in and out of the chair in a very reasonable time. Follow-up is great and I would recommend them for any complex dental work required.

I just had one appointment with them to consult about a surgery that I had in my gum in a different place a year ago. My understanding was that either there will not be any fees for this appointment otherwise I would have been informed in advance. During appointment the assistant to Dr. Martin took 3 photos with her iPhone from my gum. At the end, I was given a bill that charged me $258 for this appointment; $206 for the oral exam, which was a few minutes by Dr. Matrin and was not informed about it, and $52 for the three photos taken by iPhone.

I didn't look into the bill carefully as was extremely shock but looked into the day after and realized that I was charged for the photos. I called them and talked to one person in this office and she was telling me that was legitimate. After several minutes of back and forth between me and her, I was told their office manager will call me and explain charges. I never received a call but got an email later that week that they will return $52 (I have not received it yet). When I got more information from my insurance, I saw that they charged me for XRAYS, which never happend (photos where taken by an iPhone). This is absolutely unacceptable to charge someone for something that never happened or don't clearly disclose fees in advance.

%%%%%%%%%%%% update: After more than two months, I haven't received my refund yet. The person who was handling my case was very rude and impolite. She in fact delayed my refund as much she could. Overall, my worst experience of dealing with a dentist office.
