Dr. Marshall came highly recommended to me by a customer visiting our store. From the moment that I arrived and met Pat, Madison and Dr. Marshall, I knew that I was in good hands. This is undoubtedly the nicest, most personable staff that I have ever been around. They each made me feel like family and put me at ease during my visit.

Dr. Marshall listened to all my concerns and spoke with me in detail about my options and the best path for my treatment. I went into the office with pain and left pain free. I look forward to my next visit, which isn't something most people can say about seeing a dentist. I would wholeheartedly recommend Marshall Dentistry.

I wasn’t scheduled for my new patient appointment until July, but after breaking a tooth over the weekend and being in severe pain, I called Monday morning and they got me in that same day. Every single person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and patient. Dr. Marshall and his staff truly went above and beyond. I have severe dental anxiety and have unfortunately seen other dentists in the Kingsport area who showed zero compassion. Dr.

Marshall was different. He treated me with kindness and respect, even though my dental health isn’t perfect. I am often judged for that, but he genuinely cared about my pain and worked with me to find a solution. A special thank you to Pat, who is always so friendly, warm, and helpful when I call in. Her kindness makes a huge difference and helps ease my nerves before I even walk in the door. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

If you are nervous about going to the dentist or have had bad experiences in the past, give Dr. Marshall a chance. I am so glad I did. 😀

My daughter has sensory issues and Debbie’s so sweet and patient with her. We will forever be grateful to everyone there for their kindness to our family and highly recommend them!
