I changed my appointment two times , I am a single mother who work a lot to keep up with all the expenses in my family on the day of my kids appointment their dad took them, I never thought the doctor will speak nasty things about me and saying that if I come with my kids to the appointments he will not take them!!! They not professional at all and they lack understanding.

I called to cancel the appointment the day before, as I had never heard back from the billing person/receptionist who was supposed to give me a quote on how much the out of pocket cost would be since she said insurance would not cover it, and she made it seem like she could possibly “work something out” in terms of getting a reduced price or a payment plan. Side note it appears this woman may be the husband of the owner/dentist, which may partially explain our next interaction.
At this point, the receptionist woman became irate, essentially beginning to yell at me that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and that I would now be charged $95 as it was only 24 hours in advance for the cancellation, mind you for a procedure for which I didn’t even know the cost of and had already made it quite clear in speaking with her earlier that cost was an issue as money is a bit tight at the moment since my son father unlived himself. She aggressively argued with me About the price when she was the one I had spoken to earlier Who said she could work with me on the price and possibly get a payment plan set up, but none of those things ever happened.
After refusing to pay the $95 cancellation fee, she angrily stated “fine ill cancel the appointment, but I am not rebooking it” and then aggressively hung up the phone

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! My son has special needs and Dr. Feder and his staff were amazing with him!!!! I highly recommend bringing your child to this office, especially if it’s their first time or have special needs!!!!! My son is excited to go back! Who says that about a dentist !!! Thank you guys again.

Never have nor will take my daughters here. Actually googled this doctors office because the woman next to me in the nail salon doesn’t know how to use her “inside voice” and was so rude when on the phones. Come to find out that I guess she works for this doctors office. Holy rudeness. She needs to desperately get help in customer service skills and how to speak to people on the phone.
I’d be embarrassed if she was representing my place of business. The way she spoke to some people on the phone. Wow I was even cringing.
