Very Horrible experience. Took my son for Braces for his first appointment they only put braces on the top of teeth. We only went to one appointment. After realizing the bill was $5700+ I called my dentist friend at Home Of The Perfect Smile in Shaker Heights off Warrensville & Chagrin where Doc Malcom Walter’s agreed to do my son braces for $3500 cash deal but if I did a payment plan it would have been $4000 still considerably cheaper then this place. I canceled with this place a month ago and they still trying to charge me.
I will be taking them to court for bully and trying to pull a money grab. I will upload my receipt from new Dentist who very nice and professional way better than this place. Also after the very first appointment I called Mandana office and I told them I want to cancel service because I have a cheaper price (they act like they never got the call even though I spoke to someone on the phone), over a month later they still refusing to issue a refund for visits we cancelled. Then they also threatened to send the full balance to collections if I don’t sign there paperwork saying I still how her $40 she trying to charge me $1200 for the first appointment which is bs,…it was 30min appointment and they only put braces on his top teeth. At the time of the appointment she asked for $580 which I paid.
Now she is trying charge me additional $580 plus $40 a month later for an appointment that I canceled a month ago. I asked for a refund they initially said yes over the phone to a refund for the second $580 charge but then proceeded to not issue a refund and ask tell me I owe an additional $40. They are BS and over priced.
