The front desk staff are a massive problem. They are by far the most incompetent front staff I've had the displeasure of interacting with. Absolutely cannot relay information with any sense of accuracy.
Screws up appointments in at least 2 ways every time we come here, which at this point is purely for the convenience of proximity to home. . if you absolutely need to come here, be sure to damn near spell out every parameter regarding your appointment or else prepare for it to get messed up in ways you can imagine

Dr Rafaie is an amazing dentist!! Panna was Dr Refaie’s assistant. Panna also did an amazing job! Everyone is extremely professional and friendly! It was an awesome experience! Definitely my favorite dentist!!!
